Just because we students are mostly broke (or trying to save some money), that doesn’t mean our style has to suffer. You can look good without spending much. Here we bring you 6 tips so that you can be fashionable under budget:
- Mix and match
Never think you can wear your white tee just over jeans! Just a single piece of clothing can be worn in 30,000 different ways: okay we exaggerate but you know what we mean!
Throw in a quirky scarf or an awesome shrug and you’re good to go!
- If you are brand conscious then this tip is for you.
Now if you are a person who likes to show off brands (nothing wrong there!), then try spending more on shoes and bags (because their logo is visible. Duh!) and less on things like tops , shirts , jeans, accessories etc.
- Take your time while shopping
Never shop in a hurry. You will probably end up buying the wrong stuff. Always try on clothes before buying them.
- Follow fashion accounts on Instagram so that you know what to buy and what not to buy.
We’ve compiled you a little list too! (Cue- happy dance!)

Some of you might cringe a little, but seriously! Go there once. Everything over there is really (Like really) cheap. You can even get branded stuff for like 200 Rs. Now the good thing is that even if you buy clothes you probably would never wear, you will at least not end up regretting it.
- DIY the stuff you don’t wear anymore
You can make a really cool pair of ripped jeans out of your old jeans or can give your old top a different back. The possibilities are just endless.
