On the 7th of September, the judgment on the Section 377 of the IPC was taken. Four final year students of Kamala Nehru College took the initiative to celebrate this judgment. The celebrations begun with slogan chanting around the college followed by an open mic event in the chaupal where students came and expressed their views on the judgment.
Societies such as Enigma– The Western Dance Society, Luminoso- Fine arts society of Kamala Nehru College Lakshya-The theatre society of Kamala Nehru College and the Student Union of Kamala Nehru college showed immense support and motivation.
The celebration marked immense happiness, pride and joy.
