It is also pretty much arguable that not all those who are poor get reservation and not all those who get reservation are poor. Because lets say a person got into the civil services by the provisions of reservation and this takes his position into upper middle class and then flaw of the policy is that his children will continue to have the benefit though the family is no more a needy one. therefore I openly support reservation but it should be based on economic grounds and not caste.
So Mr. Azim said things like “I think we should have job reservations in all the fields. I completely support the PM and all the politicians for promoting this. Let’s start the reservation with our cricket team. We should have 10 percent reservation for Muslims. 30 percent for OBC, SC /ST like that. Cricket rules should be modified accordingly.
The boundary circle should be reduced for an SC/ST player. The four hit by an OBC player should be considered as a six and a six hit by a OBC player should be counted as 8 runs. An OBC player scoring 60 runs should be declared as a century.”
So the first thing is Mr. Azim you do not belong the lower castes and hence the people who have not tasted the apple should keep mum on describing the taste of it. And if you wish to end reservation then why don’t you build high end schools and institutes for the poor?
