  1. I had taken admission in a college of DU last year. Due to financial problems, I cancelled my admission and came back to my home city. Can i get admission this year in a new course and college? Will I require any document (eg migration certificate) from my previous college? I have a recent character certificate from both my principal of school and a gazetted officer.
