These days we are so much confined around our daily chores, that we forget what happiness is. We cannot find enough time for ourselves and then just smile for a while, without thinking about anything else. Dalai Lama, the Spiritual and temporal leader of Tibet, says ” the very motion of a life is towards happiness.” The real question is how to get there. And in the process of getting there, we forget to be happy in our daily lives and then never actually be happy.
A Person is never satisfied with his life or whatever is going on in his life, but all of it is in one way or the other the consequence of his own doing. He gets upset on every small little thing that goes against of what he actually had thought. Due to this, he slowly and gradually loses the optimistic side of his life and forgets about happiness and what it actually means.
After every failure, you get a new opportunity, open new doors for something new and creative. This optimistic way of life, never lets you lose your happiness. In this way, it is easier for you to reach to your goal and would never give up. Dalai Lama also said,” If you want others to be happy, practice compassion. If you want to be happy, practice compassion.” It is your compassion and dedication towards your goals that lead you further to gain success.
Ups and downs are a part of life, but if in that process the only thing that you are getting is sadness, then maybe you’re on the wrong path or not dedicated enough. But if you learn from your past mistakes, you are on the right path of success and of what everyone is looking for,’happiness’. Then you know how to leave behind your anxiety and the Pessimistic situations that life leads you into. And if you do so, you’re gonna be flourishing for the rest of your life and making happiness a way of living your life.
